The 'water for good skin' myth


Interviewer: You have a very beautiful skin, what’s the secret to such a glowing, slammin’ skin


Super hot celebrity: I try to stay healthy; I drink a lot of water and get enough sleep.

Oh sharrrrap there and tell us the cream you’re using already!
So I’ve been drinking a lot of water, its annoying coz I keep running off my desk to pee, just coz I want to ‘GLOW’ well at first I thought it was working…….. Or working in my mind not until a friend (I’ve not seen in the past three months) was like ‘u look stressed out’ and I almost had a heart attack!

Long story cut short, I did some research and its all lies, drinking barrels of water won’t give u a bloody glow and it won’t hydrate your dehydrated skin! In fact the water you take in won’t get to your epidermis!

But water helps with flushing out toxins, keeps u hydrated INTERNALLY……..Ha! that’s not my problem as my intestines and lungs are not my fav body part to flaunt for now.

The only solution to dry skin is external, u wanna glow? Get to rubbing on ur moisturizer, stay away from dry environment.

Stop drinking water like a faulty car radiator! Hiss.

Enough is Enough: Smoothies

Ok I’m so sick of these things already.


So my girl wld be like ‘Sup girl, lets meet in blah, blah, blah smoothie bar’

Boo is like ‘Babe let’s do smoothies today’ WTF I only want to have smoothies when i'm on a diet or when I’m feeling really healthy and boring.

No! Girl I can’t meet u in a bloody smoothie bar (I’d meet u in a real bar with cute dudes).

‘Babe we can’t do smoothies 2day I wanna do some yahooza suya (…..then do you afterwards)

I hate smoothies! And it’s like they are everywhere now, even in night clubs!
